a11y: Set GTKScales to automatically adapt their width

Ghost User requested to merge (removed):fix-a11y-gtkscales into main

Currently, some GTKScales from the a11y subpanels don't adapt their width when the window size is narrow:

This commit changes them to automatically adapt their size.
