mouse-touchpad: Add "Middle Click to Paste" option
Currently, it's only possible to interact with this setting by installing and using GNOME Tweaks.
This MR adds the "Middle Click to Paste" setting so it can be easily accessible.
Unfortunately this option can't be applied individually for touchpad and mouse, like natural scrolling. The "General" category was the only suitable one.
