panels: firmware-security: New design for firmware security setting panel.

The new look of the firmware security panel is implemented in this MR.

The UX improvement includes

1. Showing the security level using a number.
2. Showing descriptions of events and HSI checking items.
3. Change the icons of each event.
4. Add the status icon and label of each HSI checking item.
