camera: Use libadwaita preferences widgets

• Use AdwStatusPage for empty state
• Use AdwPreferencesPage for the actual page
• Use AdwActionRow for the application rows

One thing: do we need the sizegroup? We can enforce a size on the GtkImage ourselves.
