Support WireGuard in VPN in GNOME Control Center GUI

I think you should able to create, edit, delete, import, enable and disable WireGuard VPNs as it happens for other providers. WireGuard is already supported in NetworkManager and nmcli, as well in Linux kernel starting from 5.6

The current situation doesn't see WireGuard in VPN list image

Design Tasks

  • Design VPN configuration dialog, with support for multiple peers.

Development Tasks

  • Add WireGuard in import profile dialog
  • Add WireGuard in new profile dialog
  • Display WireGuard profiles in VPN list

QA Tasks

  • qa (quality assurance) tasks
