Add test dialog for microphones

It would be nice to have a "Test" dialog for input devices (i.e. microphones) similarly to what we have currently for output devices. The idea is to enable PulseAudio Loopback Device so one can check what is heard. I use PulseAudio Loopback Device extension for this purpose currently but would be nice to have this embedded.
