Support wired networks for sharing files

At the moment the file sharing can only be activated for WiFi networks. I have been struggling for a couple of hours to setup sharing on a wired connection and it seems that is impossible with the current state of the software.

So please allow sharing files on wired networks.

Proposed Mockups:

Use the same window design, just add more networks.

Note that WiFi and VPN networks are shown in the list but not wired.
