Add some simplified support for firewall profiles
Currently, there's no support for firewalls (I believe there was some, but it was removed because it was overcomplicated), and as a result, distros shipping GNOME don't activate any firewall solution (ufw in Ubuntu, firewalld in Fedora Workstation).
In connection with gnome-shell#1550 (closed), I'm advocating here to adopt a simple profile per connection (similar to what Windows 10 does), a simple switch that says whether a connection is public (e.g., a café's WiFi) or private (home, work), and this could be mapped to a proper firewall profile (or zone in the case of firewalld).
End users would benefit from an improved security in public networks, while having the same functionality at home with a single click (saying that the network is private upon first connection, see again gnome-shell#1550 (closed)), and still non-power users don't need to know what is a firewall or a port.
