When resetting flatpak permissions with Cameras panel open, all flatpak apps are displayed as permitted to use the camera until panel is reopened
Using gnome-control-center-46.0-2.fc40, open the Privacy & Security panel and click on Cameras to switch to the cameras view. If you don't have any permissions saved yet, it will look like this:
Next, reset a permission, e.g. flatpak permission-reset org.gnome.Snapshot
. (I don't have org.gnome.Snapshot installed as a flatpak. That's not necessary to trigger the bug.) The panel is listening for permission changes and will dynamically update its state, but it gets confused and decides that all apps have camera permission:
If you switch away from the Privacy & Security panel and then switch back to Privacy & Security, the permissions get recomputed and go back to the original state. Switching away from just the Cameras view is not sufficient.
