Do not show GNOME Foundation privacy policy in privacy panel
Using gnome-control-center 45.2-1.fc39, go to Privacy -> Diagnostics. There is a Learn more link pointing to http://www.gnome.org/privacy-policy which is the GNOME Foundation's privacy policy. This link is useless because (1) GNOME doesn't have any infrastructure for automatic problem reporting, and (2) even if GNOME did have such infrastructure, this link doesn't explain how it works or have anything to do with it.
There should probably just not be any link if the distro doesn't provide a suitable privacy policy.
