Bundle personalization related sections in submenu

There are multiple sections that are related to personalizing GNOME Shell (Background, Notifications, Search, Keyboard Shortcuts). These sections don't need configuration per-se, since they work out of the box. I believe it is uncommon for a user to revisit them very often, especially since common functionality such as do-not-disturb and wallpaper setting is exposed elsewhere too. Therefore I propose to merge them into a submenu called "Personalization". This shortens the menu by four entries and adds a space for possible future sections.

The used icon used here is 'applications-graphics-symbolic', which feels a bit too detailed but IMO works as an abstraction.
