Hide non-functional microphones privacy settings
For many years, Settings has had a Privacy → Microphones section which claims to control applications' access to microphones. Since !851 (merged) this page has included a disclaimer that only apps that access the microphone through the relevant portal can be controlled through this page; system apps, and sandboxed apps that have access to the pulseaudio/pipewire socket, can always access the microphone.
I learned today that there actually isn't a portal for apps to request access to the microphone. Such a portal is under discussion but doesn't exist today. So, if I understand correctly, it is actually not possible for any application to be controlled from the microphones privacy page.
While we can all hope that this page will one day be useful, to avoid end-user confusion the page should be hidden.
(I personally would argue that, pragmatically, the Cameras page should be hidden too. Although a portal does exist, the vast majority of Flatpak apps do not use it and just access the camera devices directly. On my Endless OS, Flatpak-only system, only Fractal is shown in the list. There is some text that tries to explain why most apps don't show up there but, even so, having a privacy page that in practice doesn't do anything seems worse than not having one.)
