Location: allow removing items from the permitted apps list

In gnome-control-center 45.2, each app listed in the location settings has a switch next to it:

It feels a bit odd to use a switch here, as opposed to have having a button to simply remove the app from the list. Once removed, an app would have to ask for permission again in order to access the device location.
