Main settings app hangs for a second on selecting the "default applications menu"

Relevant information

Issue: When looking through the gnome settings, I clicked on the default applications sub-menu. the settings app UI froze for about a second, and then loaded properly. I have included an screencast of the problems I am encountering.

• GNOME Settings version: Latest

• Operating System: EndeavourOS (arch btw based) Linux-zen kernel

• Error message: None

  System Info:

  Gnome 45 on wayland, AMD iGPU, Nvidia dedicated. Official Nvidia driver. Hybrid graphics via Envy Control package.

  I have extensions, but the issue persists after disabling them.

1. Open GNOME Settings
2. Click on default applications menu.
