Button corner rounding is inverted in RTL mode

Bug summary

Some buttons' corners have a problem which is distinguishable in the screenshot:

Steps to reproduce

For example

1. Set GNOME's language to an RTL language
2. Open settings
3. Go to "mouse and touchpad section"

What happened

Buttons' curved and acute corners are replaced togather. This problem is almost issue gnome-shell#5021 (closed).
