Simulated secondary click performs both left and right click, should do only right
When I enable Simulated Secondary Click and hold my left mouse button to perform the right click, it performs both - left and right click. So for example in a web browser, if you want to show a context menu for a hyperlink, it doesn't work, because it first clicks on the hyperlink with the left button, and then it send the right mouse click, but that's already on a different content (a different page opened).

Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings -> Accessibility -> Pointing
- Enable Simulated Secondary Click
- Hold your left mouse button to perform a right mouse click, but in an app where you can tell whether a mouse left click was also performed (like a web browser).
