Fail to rotate display on three-monitor desktop.
Issue started to happen on Ubuntu 22.10 that contains gnome-settings v43.0 Where rotation is not possible with message: "Changes Cannot be Applied. This could be due to hardware limitations."
Most likely the problem happens when user tries to rotate display in the middle of the displays layout. Or in other words it is possible to set portrait mode on the most right extending screen.
Reproduction rate: 100% Reproduction setup: All desktops with 3 monitors. (reproduced on DisplayLink displays and on displays connected to nvidia gpu)
Steps to reproduce:
- Attach 3 displays to the machine. Organize them like on step_1.png
- Rotate most-right display to Portrait mode like on step_2.png
- Press apply, and notice that layout is as on step_3.png
- Try to rotate display in the middle to Portrait mode like on step_4.png
Expected: Both monitors are rotated.
What happened: Error message. Second monitor is not rotated. "Changes Cannot be Applied. This could be due to hardware limitations."
Recovery: Make display to the most right one. And rotate.
