Settings application freezes when tyring to select security certificate in WiFi settings
Hi everyone,
I ran into this bug when I was trying to log-in to my university's network. When trying to select a CA certificate in the GNOME settings app (control centre?) it pops up a file-manager window, but then promptly freezes. All the buttons are grayed out and I can't close the window either, had to go into the System monitor to kill the process.
I made a screenshot (with my name and stuff blued out) of the frozen GNOME-Settings window.
I use Fedora 36 with GNOME 42.4 on a Framework (Intel 11th gen) laptop. I also have the blur-my-shell and night-theme-switcher extensions installed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings
- Click on settings icon (little gear) for a network
- Navigate to security tab
- Click on "select CA certificate"
- file manager window opens and application freezes
Hope you can do something about it, thanks in advance.
