Device security: time stamps in history are hard to parse

Presumably, the 09:08:49 is a time, but it's hard to identify it as a time. If we could drop the seconds, that would be good.

Also, the time stamp doesn't respect the system time format setting: if someone sets their time to use AM/PM, that should be done here.

We might want to think about the date format here also. Right now it's very basic. A longer format, like "24 August 2022" would be a good start. Going further, saying "Today" for today and "Yesterday" for yesterday, would be nice.
