Feature to change network autoconnect priority for WiFi networks in Settings (GUI)
It is possible to adjust network autoconnect priorities in CLI with:
# nmcli connection show "MyWifiNetwork"
# nmcli connection modify "MyWifiNetwork" connection.autoconnect-priority 6 # default value is 0
# nmcli connection modify "NeighborWifiNetwork" connection.autoconnect-priority 8
Making PC autoconnect to NeighborWifiNetwork when it is available, preferring over MyWifiNetwork.
This setting cannot be made in Gnome Settings (gnome-control-center) GUI, Settings -> Wi-Fi. However, there is such settings provided in the GUI for bluetooth connections though, Settings > Network > Other devices
The feature is already in the system and in CLI. The GUI is also implemented for Bluetooth network connections. The same GUI for connenction.autoconnect-priority setting could be for Wi-Fi networks also, replacing "Connect automatically" checkbox with "Connect automatically with priority" checkbox and priority value input box.
(My Gnome version where at least this feature is not for Wi-Fi networks is gnome-desktop3-42.1-1.fc36.x86_64)
