Impossible to remove auto-added printers
If I go to the printer settings I see some printers I did not add manually and if I remove them they reappear as soon as reopen the printer settings. As I chose Remove Printer and they aren't gone I see this as a bug.
I am using gnome-control-center 3.28.2 and CUPS 2.2.6 on Fedora 28. As a workaround I tried to disable cups-browsed and I also tried cupsctl --no-share-printers as people with similar problems suggested that this could help, which both didn't.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings
- Go to Printers
- Unlock
- Remove a printer
- Close the window
- Open GNOME Settings
- Go to Printers
- See the printer being back
