Wacom calibration tool responds to touch input
The calibration targets displayed by the Wacom Tablet calibration tool respond to touch input under X11. This can trigger spurious clicks that interfere with the calibration process. It makes the calibration process more difficult at best (the clicks can trigger the "mis-click detection" and cause calibration to restart) and can cause a mis-calibration at worst. The calibration targets appear to correctly ignore touch input when the tool is run in a Wayland session.
Current Behavior: Calibration targets respond to touch input.
Expected Behavior: Calibration targets should ignore touch input.
Workaround: Any of the following:
- Be careful to never touch the screen at all (difficult; can lead to poor calibration)
- Never let the pen leave proximity while tapping the targets (difficult; may trigger mis-clicks if you accidentally lift the pen too high)
- Temporarily switch to a Wayland environment
