Date & Time: language inconsistency between month name l10n and popover options in date&time setting dialog
If you want to change your Date & Time manually, the language displaying the month name doesn't match the language of months used in the popover menu. I would expect them to match the language in the popover menu.
Steps to reproduce:
- Have combined languages and locales
$ locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC=cs_CZ.UTF-8
LC_TIME=cs_CZ.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY=cs_CZ.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER=cs_CZ.UTF-8
LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT=cs_CZ.UTF-8
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
- Open GNOME Settings
- Go to Date & Time
- Change the Date & Time manually
- Inconsistency between language of offered options and displayed values
