Support non-Wacom graphics tablets through libinput
Feature summary
My tablet works just fine in general, but I can't really change any of the settings because GNOME doesn't detect it (saying "no tablets found"). The frustrating thing is that because of how libinput works*, I don't really see any other way to set these options under Wayland.
How would you like it to work
This is related to #1024, but goes further. Tablets that are not supported by libwacom
should still get basic support as far as libinput
can provide. This should at least include the detection and basic options (like left-handed mode, tablet rotation, calibration).

libinput’s configuration interface is available to the caller only, not directly to the user. Thus is is the responsibility of the caller to expose the various options and how these options are exposed. For example, the xf86-input-libinput driver exposes the options through X Input device properties and xorg.conf.d options. See the libinput(4) man page for more details.
