Battery charge thresholds support
Many laptops have configurable battery charge thresholds. For example, if I run this command, laptop won't start charging battery unless level is lower than 80% and will stop charging on 80%. This can be used to reduce battery charge-discharge cycles usage and have lower battery voltage while laptop is connected to power, preserving battery (40-60% is best for long-term storage of batteries).
Command for setting that value on a supported computer. This can be implemented in GSD.
echo 80 | sudo tee /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/charge_stop_threshold
Proposed Mockups: Either some sort of a double-knob slider or rough pickers near battery percentage line.
