Keeping bluetooth settings open is unintuitive way to allow incoming file transfers
First of all, thank you for an amazing desktop environment. It is my daily driver and I prefer it above anything else out there.
I recently found out that to make Gnome accept incoming bluetooth file transfers, you have to keep the bluetooth settings page open. I only found out by searching online and landing on a copy of the gnome help :) Before I was always puzzled why it would not work or stop working. I feel this is somewhat unintuitive, given the fact that the UI does not mention file transfers will be denied once you close the settings.
An idea to improve this could be to show a notification for the first transfer with accept/reject buttons and automatically allow from the same device any other transfers for couple of minutes after.
It would also be nice if you could see the progress of an incoming file transfer, but that's less critical to me.
