attempt to use global search in `Keyboard Shortcuts` Panel causes local search to steal focus

tested on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Settings version 1:3.36.4-0ubuntu2

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open GNOME Settings
  2. select Keyboard Shortcuts from sidebar
  3. open search input via CTRL + F or by selecting search icon in top left corner of window. note the focus is on the global search input field.
  4. start typing

expected result

settings are searched globally for query

actual results

local search of keyboard shortcuts is opened and populated with text.

workaround

reselecting the global search field will allow for text input after following steps detailed above.
