Assign scroll/mouse event to the Wacom Pad touch ring
Hi,
I’ve always been using GNOME for my DE and I’m really happy with it, but lately I was forced to switch to KDE just for one little, but important, thing: tablet scrolling. I use it a lot and I’m used to it because I work with software like: blender, krita, godot, etc. It’s really frustrating to switch to a new DE just for this little thing, don’t you think?
Wouldn’t be great to have a tablet control panel similar to KDE (it’s really well made)? This is just a suggestion.
I’ve dug really a lot on internet to solve this issue but apparently, according to this post, there is not any solutions to this issue. Even if the GNOME control panel is not at the level of the KDE one, I've always used it because I don't need too much customization, I just need the scrolling.
Is there any hack or workaround to solve this problem so I’ll keep using GNOME? If not is there another way to scroll with the tablet without the touch ring?
Any kind of suggestion is really appreciated! Thanks a lot!
Cheers
