Fixed phone numbers in RTL mode by adding an LTR mark.

GNOME Contacts had a bug where phone numbers would be unreadable in RTL languages.

PS: Numbers are always LTR in RTL languages, like Arabic. Since phone number strings sometimes have non-number characters (like +,(,),space), text would be interpreted as RTL sometimes. This commit fixes this by adding a Unicode LTR mark.
