WIP: CI: refactor build pipeline.

Niels De Graef requested to merge flatpak-ci into master

  • Distro builds are now only run every week, rather than on each commit or each Merge Request. This also allows us to add more distributions.

  • We will switch to a flatpak-based CI test for each commit at a later stage.
