Initial setup screen - layout issues, doesn't encourage online account setup

Description
Created attachment 320961 screenshot and mockup
There are various issues with the initial setup screen:
- It is rather mechanical, and isn't very upbeat.
- Visually it lacks balance: all the content is stuck to the top of the page.
- It also looks like it needs a more prominent heading.
- It doesn't explain or encourage the user to set up an online account, if that's where they keep their contacts.
I've attached a mockup to resolve these issues. Most of the suggestions are simple string changes. The only other thing is the addition of a heading and some padding.
A more effective but also more difficult approach would be to suggest a shortlist of online accounts from the setup screen, and to allow those accounts to be directly added (by clicking on them):

(This isn't strictly required for this bug, and I only mention it because it is related.)
