Photos do not sync with iCloud via CardDAV

Although contacts do download properly from iCloud via CardDAV, the photos in the contacts do not.

To Reproduce

1. Use Evolution to add your address book from iCloud.

   CardDAV URL: https://contacts.icloud.com.

   (You will need to create an app-specific password to use by signing into your iCloud account with your Apple ID from https://appleid.apple.com)

2. Select the added address book in Contacts.

What should happen

The contacts should load, including the photos for the contacts.

What actually happens

The textual contact fields do sync but the photos for contacts with photos do not sync.
