macros2: Deprecate GNOME_CXX_WARNINGS

Just as for GNOME_COMPILE_WARNINGS, GNOME_CXX_WARNINGS has been
deprecated in favour of AX_COMPILER_FLAGS. See commit
b57bae0b for details.
