`GnomeVFSFileInfo *info` is removed from `struct GnomeCmdFile` .

When a script in the script dir does not contain a name, use the filename in the popup menu, fixing #108

Looks like this is commit is responsible for random crashes.

This is needed for mounting encrypted devices by asking the user for a password

When a directory is deleted in which one of the two panes is located, go to the parent dir, fixing #46

The original values are not useful anymore

This is actually important for the integration of Gnome Commander into the desktop,
because connections to remote resources, i.e. GMounts, can also be established or closed
with other programs than Gnome Commander. These connections should then be integrated
in the programm, for example by closing the connection in the file pane when it the
connection itself was closed externally.
