Customizable alarm sound from selected audio file

In response to issue #10. Adds the option to select an audio file from the system (in "new alarm" dialog) in order to customize the ringtone. If no file is selected then the ringtone will be the default one. Multiple alarms with different ringtones also works. Supports .oga and .wav files.
