Some locations added in gnome-clocks are not shown under "World Clocks" in gnome-shell panel
Reproduction steps:
- Open the app and click "New"
- Search "Yibin" (a city in China). Select the first "Yibin, China". Observe that the new location is added successfully.
- Click the "time" at the center of the shell top, in the pop-out panel, under "World Clocks", it still shows "add world clock" even though I have already added a place.
- Open the app again, one can find Yibin has been added, but it just doesn't show up in the shell panel.
Now, most of the locations can be added. For example, if one searches "Beijing", and select the "Beijing, China" in the search results.
