Analog watch widget to select hours and minutes

On a mobile device, to change an alarm minute from 0 to 30 requires 30 tap on the + button. This is cumbersome, I suggest instead to use an analog time widget to select hours and minutes, similar to what LineageOS alarm provides.

Selecting the hour is one tap away, then selecting the minutes is just another tap away.
