Allow to get next alarm information (over dbus?)

Would be nice if other applications could figure out, when next alarm will trigger.

  • phosh could show upcoming alarm in overview (Android style) image
  • other automatization tools could use it (e.g. lights up room light 10 minutes before alarm)
  • charging daemon could calculate when charge battery up to 100% (Smart charging, https://9to5mac.com/2019/10/01/ios-13-iphone-optimized-battery-charging/ )
