Draft: Calendar Management: Rework calendar creation

TitouanReal requested to merge TitouanReal/gnome-calendar:add-calendar-dialog into main

This MR implements a part of the mockups to add calendars in the calendar management dialog.

The objective is first to port the existing mechanism from a NavigationPage to dedicated dialogs. Further work will implement the rest of the mockups, to see the calendars being imported.
