gcal-edit-calendar-page: Add a button to copy the calendar location
Clicking on the calendar URL link just downloads the *.ics file. Copying the URL, on the other hand, has more usefulness if you want to add this calendar to another app, for example.
Also, rename calendar_url_row title to "Calendar Location" as suggested in !467 (comment 2175604)
