calendars-page: Add shortcuts for Add Calendar

The "Add Calendar" button lacked a mnemonic, which made it difficult for keyboard users to activate it. It also adds a Ctrl+N shortcut.

The Ctrl+N shortcut could be removed if we don't like it. I think it'd be useful because I tried using it a few times (no idea why, it just felt natural)
