Draft: Event schedule rework

TitouanReal requested to merge TitouanReal/gnome-calendar:event-schedule-wip into main

This merge request aims at making the schedule part of the create/edit event dialog follow the design mockup. It does not update the recurrence preferences. Some widgets used in the mockup are not available yet in the libraries, which makes this MR use widgets that do not fit perfectly. It still aims at improving the event editor.

Needed improvements:

  • Start time and duration expanders should be popovers.

Optional improvements:

  • Start time in timeslot mode should default to present time, not 00:00.

Other:

  • No idea what are the impacts of this MR on mobile devices.
