Ability to fully disable (not just hide) some EDS calendars (such as the default "Personal" calendar)

I have an un-deletable "Personal" calendar created by Evolution/EDS that I never use. I unchecked it in GNOME Calendar (and EDS)'s settings, but it still shows up as the default entry for when I create an event in GNOME Calendar.

It would be nice if it was possible to fully disable it, not just hide it.
