Displacements of the buffer view
In the screen cast you will see a text block which I deleted before recording. After starting the recording I then pressed
Ctrl + Z for restoring that block and afterwards
Ctrl + Shift + Z for deleting it again, and then a last time
Ctrl + Z for restoring it once more. The recording is not that good, but my cursor stayed in line 143 throughout the whole screen cast. However, every time I do one of those actions, you see that the buffer view gets displaced. When I delete that block, the cursor line even goes out of scope. For the time of the recording, I did absolutely nothing else other than pressing the above mentioned shortcuts.
P.S.: The screen cast shows one more bug at about one second elapsed time. There, the buffer view also got displaced after just pressing the
Ctrl key (may also been due to pressing the
Shift key), when I prepared that above mentioned key combo. I often notice this behavior when I try to select a bigger block, and have to scroll somewhat. When the cursor then is out of scope and I press
Shift for trying to mark the selection end, the buffer view sometimes goes back to the cursor (so that I have to scroll and search for the selection end again). This doesn’t happen every time, but maybe twice a day.
