Don't re-indent already indented line when inserting a new line in front
If I insert a new-line, then the auto-indenter always indents. This happens even if the line I am on is already indented at that point, possibly resulting in a doubling of the indentation. i.e. (| denotes cursor position):
--->a
|-->b
becomes
--->a
--->|-->b
But i would expect
--->a
|-->b
after pressing enter.
