Builder fails to build flatpaks after changing branches.
This happened while working on existing projects but I was able to reproduce it with a bare Hello World repo too. Replacing Creating a project with cloning a repo with a flatpak manifest should work too.
Only tested on projects that were using Meson for the build system. I would guess the same behavior would occur with autotools/Cmake too.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open builder
- Create a new project with a flatpak manifest from the templates
- Build/Run and make an initial commit
- checkout -B to a new branch and change a file
- Try to build
It either fails to initialize the new flatpak build or it run the previous compiled version. I have not pinpointed why this happens or how to reproduce those cases individually.
