Fixes for app overview

Brage Fuglseth requested to merge bragefuglseth/gnome-builder:metainfo-fixes into main

This MR should resolve all warnings currently thrown in the app overview.

  • Install symbolic app icons in correct directory
  • Remove deprecated .desktop prefix from <id> tag
