metainfo: Add HW info and brand colors

Brage Fuglseth requested to merge bragefuglseth/gnome-builder:metainfo-update into main

Adds missing hardware information about supported screen sizes, internet access, and supported input methods. Also adds brand colors. This improves Builder's appearance in and integration with app store frontends, such as flathub.org and GNOME Software.
