This MR attempts to migrate the terminal search overlay to new editor style as shown in the issue.

This is my first time contributing to the GNOME project, so the code may not properly written. The reason this MR is in draft is because I had an issue figuring out how to handle the boolean state of the search options; help regrading that matter would be helpful.
