This is a very basic start to a plugin for dub, the d language project manager.
It's, at this point, almost a direct copy of the cargo plugin. A lot of "copy and paste, find and replace." I haven't made it far enough into the process that large changes would be required. If this is something you would consider merging, I'd be happy to continue working on it.
